The Wasserman Foundation has generously donated $4 million to fund projects at LAUSD schools. Unfortunately response to the program was much greater than anticipated and funding provided through the gift cards given to each student has run out. This includes the gift cards that were available from Starbucks. Remaining gift cards are no longer redeemable.
However Donors Choose still is available to support teacher projects. Funding can be made in the traditional ways (credit cards, PayPal etc). Check our school web site for projects that were funded through this program. You may also search for them at DonorsChooseLA.org (but projects which are funded are removed from their site).
